SPZ Group was founded in Crescentino (VC) as a concrete response to the demand for reliable, transparent, quality-driven construction. Since 2020 we have managed general contracts, renovations and private real estate development across Piedmont.
Our model is simple: a single point of contact, shared responsibility and delivery on time. Every site is managed with the same rigour we would apply to our own home.
We operate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals — architects, surveyors, systems specialists — capable of following the project from concept to key handover.

Head of Administration
Manages planning applications, tax incentives and regulatory affairs. The go-to person for every contractual and bureaucratic matter.
